We reserve time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee your appointment. Credit Card information will be stored in an encrypted system. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 6 hour advance notice is required to avoid charges to your card. Online cancellation is available prior to 6 hours before your appointment. Within 6 hours of your appointment you will need to call. Please leave a message if we are closed.
Less than 6 hours notice: You will be responsible for 50% of the price of your scheduled services. Your card will be charged accordingly.
No Notice - No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us, you will be responsible for the full price of your scheduled services. Your card will be charged accordingly.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any required paper work prior to your appointment. In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for late arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
Please do not schedule or keep an appointment if you have a contagious illness or condition (e.g., fever, vomiting, skin condition.) Massage during illness may make you feel worse. You also risk spreading your illness to others. If you are contagious, please reschedule your appointment as soon as your symptoms occur, otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, comment, gesture or request of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full fee for the services scheduled regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Be respectful of your therapist.
When scheduling, please notify us if there are any medical needs or conditions we should consider prior to your services (e.g., pregnancy, allergies, product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Hope For You Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We strive to maintain a tranquil environment for all guest, therefore only children receiving treatments should be brought to the spa.
Massage is appropriate for all ages. Parental permission is required for the treatment of anyone under 17. A special form must be completed and signed by a parent prior to the session. Guests ages 14 and under should wear shorts during the session. We also require an adult remain in the therapy room with the child during the session.
There will be a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Your card on file will be charged accordingly.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
What do I wear?
No special clothing is required. You will have privacy in the room to undress and be covered during the session. A robe and slippers will be provided if you need to go to the restroom during your session.
Cell phones: Please silence your cell phone while in session so it doesn't disturb other guests.
Talking: For optimal results, communication with your therapist concerning your comfort is important. If you become uncomfortable in any (e.g., amount of pressure, technique, draping, temperature) please let your therapist know. Conversation during your session is up to you. If you want to converse with your therapist, please speak quietly so you do not disturb guests in other rooms. Your therapist will follow your lead. If you prefer not to talk, which is recommended for relaxation, your therapist will work in silence except for checking on your comfort.
